Games and Halves may not end on a Defensive penalty or penalty set-up inside the CSA (major or minor). Please set up the foul and add three seconds to the clock. As scoring is used as a tie-breaker, even if the game has been decided (more than one goal difference) we will set up the free position. During the 3-seconds, regular game rules exist, including the potential for another
Games cannot end in a tie. An immediate 1-v-1 Braveheart will take place with the team scoring first winning. A Yellow card during a Braveheart is an automatic disqualification. Goalies are not permitted above the midfield line but may leave their circle.
COACHING: All coaches have total responsibility for the conduct of their players, substitutes, friends, and spectators at all times. Coaching from the sideline is permitted, provided:
The tone of voice is instructive and not derogatory.
Each coach remains on their half between the sub area and the restraining line.
No coach, substitute, or spectator makes derogatory remarks or gestures to the umpires, other coaches, players, substitutes, or spectators;
No coach, substitute, or spectator uses profanity or incites, in any manner, disruptive behavior.
Both teams and coaches shake hands after games. Violations of these policies will prevent coaches from actively coaching their teams and will be reviewed by the event Director.
YELLOW AND RED CARDS: A player or coach receiving two yellow cards in a single game will be ejected from the game by the game officials, if these violations are proven to be flagrant, the player or coach will be expelled the event. Ejections are determined by the game officials, expulsion by the event directors. Those receiving Red Cards will be reviewed for immediate ejection from the event.
A player will sit for 1 minute when issued a yellow card. The player will not be replaced for 1 minute. The team will play a girl down for 1 minute.
SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED GAMES: If in the opinion of game officials, the game must be suspended for any reason the game may be resumed but is subject to being ended no less than five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the next game. If in the opinion of the game officials a game must be terminated for misconduct of players, bench coaches, or spectators, the offending team could be suspended from further play and forfeits that game and all remaining games
INJURY: Delays of the game due to injury may result in shortened game times.
DISPUTES:
All disputes will be settled by the Tournament Directors or his/her designee and the decision will be final.
